Optimal (marbles)
The optimal is starting with marbles, you need to charge spin and jump then roll and delay the 2nd jump to not bump the celling and glide slightly to reach right under the clouds.
After that you go trigger the tornado while staying next to the right side of the block in the celling. right before tornado reach you, jump and hug while gliding. Once you regain control keep holding glide until you touch the water and jump out of it (if you are not quick enought you might take damage).
