Optimal

Mostly a lot of quadjump and throw. Grab the rope quickly at the start and piggyback as soon as you reach the ledge. After the quad jump do a quick piggyback while going to the left then jump and throw to land as close as possible to the platform, piggyback and jump on the ennemy to gain enought height to reach the top. Quickly jump twice toward the left and piggy back jump to the left and throw into a drop dash to scroll from the left back to the right of the screen. The dropdash before the canon section is a bit precise but save a few seconds over the easier route. You can cancel the canon with a dropdash to skip the whole canon section and do it again close to the secret exit.

Easier route

This route is a lot easier and avoid using the dropdash before the canon section but loose about 3 second over optimal.
