This stage use a lot of quad jump and also hue to gain extra height by ditching him. You start with a small dropdash jump and then jump on the platform (depending on the distance you might need to roll slightly to ajust, but you wanna avoid rolling into the pip or jumping on it to save the freeze frames). Then you piggyback to do a quad jump onto the middle barrel. When you get shot outside of it go slightly left before initiating a dropdash jump. It might take a few attempts to get the feel of it, if you go with the wrong timing you gonna either bounce on the bee or get hit by it.
As soon as you get on the ledge piggyback and jump to land on the crow, hold jump to bounce with max height on it then do a quad jump. That will give you the right amount of height to reach the canon. You wanna dropdash quickly after getting out of the barrel to cancel the momentum to the left then piggyback/jump/throw to get on the higher ledge.

The hue strats at this spot is a bit risky, make sure you hold B while dismounting hue to get enought height to reach the barrel. There is a safer alternative by going straight upward on the platform once you get hue (that loose a little bit of time).

After the autofire canon that you need to dropdash out around the peak into a piggyback throw then you can roll jump to bounce on the canonball into the canon. At the end you wanna do a dropdash piggyback throw to damage boost throught the pip to save time.
