Optimal

Lumosa can be completely skipped by going under the stage (dev intended). The Fastest way to do this is by quickly doing a dropdash jump at the start then rolling of the edge into a piggyback jump to throw right under the barrel. After that you do a dropdash into a piggyback then swap into a shell throw. If you get into the barrel you can still dropdash out of it then piggy back jump into a teamthrow to reach the goal.

Alternative (slightly slower)

Alternatively you can also do 2 dropdash cancel at the end instead of the swap shell throw, this is slower.

Beginner friendly

This route is more begginer friendly, grab the rope at the start into a dropdash to the next rope. Jump on the cliff to dropdash again then roll off the edge into a piggyback jump over the barrel. Teamthrow and dropdash jump right to the ledge of the goal cliff.
